4)when you confirm the order and pay it,we will prepare the order and send it out;you can receive order in 6 days or less
2.which express company will be taken to ship the products ?
Your order will be processed in 1 or 2 days upon receiving the payment;and normally we take EMS,UPS,TNT,DHL to send the parcel;it depends on the shipping status;and we do not accept C.O.D
3.Can you get the items not on your website?
OK, thats no problem.
4.Do I need to pay extra for shipping cost?
Wholesell price including shipping fee;if you order 12 pcs match the wholesell quantity,the shipping is free;if less,you need to pay extra shipping cost;
5.Whats the MOQ? Can I order a pair/piece sample? Can I mix the order?
No MOQ,you can mix the order with different styles,size you want.
we also welcome you to order just one piece as sample to check our product quality and service.
6.What about reasons for exchanges and refunds?
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange the products if for reason we sent the wrong style or size.

9.Exchange/Return
