Return and Exchanges Policy
We guarantee our products are brand new, good quality and come in its original box / packaging. We will not be able to guarantee the condition of the box or if the products or package have minor crease, etc. If you are a collector, we would recommend for you to purchase from a retail store so you can physically inspect the product.
All returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of the date the package is delivered. For any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 14 days of the delivery date if the following conditions are met:
1.Returned items must be in brand new condition
Our company WILL NOT accept returns/exchanges if there is evidence that your purchase has been worn outdoors. Please try on your purchase and other products on a carpeted surface to ensure fit. We will gladly provide a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied.
2.The original box/packaging and all accessories must be returned with your purchase.
Please pack your purchase or other products you purchased, box or other packaging, and all accessories inside original shipping box. Returns without the original packaging, using the direct original box (like shoebox) as a shipping box, or missing accessories WILL NOT be accepted.
3.Defective products will be accepted for exchange only
Defective products may cause on the way of shipping. Please contact us at our customer service via mail for a defective item return request. We will only exchange defective products within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, the damage will be considered normal wear and tear.

If you received an item different than described or damaged.
Please submit your details by email to our customer service with the information requested below and we will send you the details on how to send the products back for exchange, usually within 24-48 hours.

Packages sending back to our company as return/exchange must be post marked within 7 days from when your request has been approved.

Pls DO ask us for returning address,DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address,or refund won't be successfully processed.Please also email us relevant tracking number at our customer service via mail after you ship them out.
           Return Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
           Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock, the return will be treated as a return for refund. We will issue a refund (less the original shipping charges or $15) and you will receive an email notification.

Returns for Exchange
To expedite your order process and ensure that you will be able to receive the item of your choice before it's sold out, we no longer process exchange to avoid delay. Instead, please return your original item for refund (refer to above return policy) and then place a new order online to avoid delay or items being out of stock by the time it is processed. 
We do not exchange for different items except the defective products. We credit and you must place an order for a different item. If you would like a different size/style, please place a NEW order online at your earliest convenience for any replacement item(s). This is the fastest and easiest way to make sure we have your size/style in stock. Otherwise, all refunds take approximately 3-4 weeks to be processed.

           Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free UPS Ground shipping will be refunded less the shipping cost, approximately $15.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. All refunds will be issued in approximately 3-4 weeks if your return meets the following conditions:.Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We recommend using an insured parcel service (i.e. UPS or USPS) for all returns.
1 - Merchandise must be in original box, with all tags intact, and must be able to be resold (i.e. NOT WORN or WASHED ). We only sell first quality merchandise and expect returns to be the same. If returned merchandise is found to be worn, a credit will not be issued and the customer will have 14 days to pay $15 to have the merchandise returned to them.  
2 - All refunds will be issued via same payment method where available. 
3 - There is NO FREE RETURN (you must pay for the return) for discount and sale items, even if you picked the wrong size, color or gender. We accept returns for discount and sale items, paid by customer, within 14 days of the date of purchase. 

 Refused Orders 
Orders that are refused or not received when delivery was attempted will be subject to a $25.00 return and restocking fee. This is to cover the shipping back to us and the labor involved in handling your order.
